Manufacturing Process

Manufacturing process undergoes in four stages right from Production Process, Machining Process, Testing Process & Finishing & Despatch Process.
  • Castings are manufactured in Induction Furnace.
  • Castings are subjected to grinding, machining, milling etc. as per customers demand.
  • We have various testing laboratories and castings are tested, load capacity is checked by our engineers and is sent to despatch department. The roughness of casting is removed by shot blasting machine.
  • After Testing the casting is sent to the coating department, where powder coating or bitumen coating is done and are finally packed in pallets before loading it in containers.
